1. Definitions

  • "Subscriber" means any person or entity who registers for, subscribes to, or uses the Service.
  • "Smart Contract Events" means blockchain events emitted by one or more smart contracts that the Service monitors and delivers to Subscribers.
  • "Subscription Plan" means the tier of access (e.g., Free, Pro, Enterprise) that determines your features, limits, and fees.

2. Service Description

We provide a real-time, push-based notification system that allows Subscribers to subscribe to, filter, and receive Smart Contract Events. The Service includes:

  • Event monitoring for supported blockchain networks.
  • Delivery of event payloads via webhooks or email.
  • Dashboard for managing subscriptions, filters, and delivery logs.

3. Registration and Subscription

  • Account Creation. To use the Service, you must create an account, provide accurate information, and keep it up to date.
  • Subscription Plans. You select a Subscription Plan on signup. Each Plan has specific limits (e.g., events/month, concurrent filters).
  • Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via the payment method you provide.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  • Fees. Fees for each Subscription Plan are posted on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Payment. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
  • Late Payment. We may suspend or terminate your access if payment is not received within 7 days of invoice.
  • Refunds. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non‑refundable.

5. Use Restrictions

Subscribers may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited notifications.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Termination

  • By You. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these ToS or nonpayment.
  • Effects of Termination. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately; we may delete your data within 30 days.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these ToS.

10. Modifications

We may modify these ToS at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
